Ricky Ayala Named Head Coach of NY Empire FC ISX Girls 2015 Team

NY Empire FC is proud to announce that Ricardo “Ricky” Ayala has been appointed as the Head Coach of the ISX Girls 2015 team. With an eye on long-term development and global competition, Coach Ayala will lead the team throughout the year in preparation for the prestigious Donosti Cup, taking place in San Sebastián, Spain in July 2026.

The Donosti Cup is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious international youth tournaments in the world, attracting elite teams from over 25 countries. This marks a major milestone for the 2015 group, and under Ricky’s guidance, the team is poised to represent NY Empire FC with skill, passion, and sportsmanship on the global stage.

Currently serving as Head Coach for the Albertson Soccer Club Girls 2014 and 2015 teams, Ricky Ayala brings years of experience and a reputation for developing young talent. His coaching philosophy centers around building strong technical foundations, enhancing tactical intelligence, and fostering a culture of teamwork and leadership.

“I’m incredibly honored and excited to take on this new role with the 2015 girls at NY Empire FC,” said Coach Ayala. “This is a very special group, and I’m looking forward to working with them not just to prepare for Spain, but to help them grow in every aspect of the game.”
