Ahead of the upcoming ISX ID Camp on July 18th, members of the NY Empire FC ISX coaching staff gathered for a special behind-the-scenes evening to connect, align, and support the club’s growing culture of excellence.

Coaches Keith Ginsberg, Michelle Barclay, Christina Dutcher, Kristina Gambino, George Yusuff, Cesar Eduardo, and Director of Coaching Max Ferro met up for a casual pre-camp session that included team planning, a deep dive into training philosophies, and time spent supporting the NY Empire FC Men's team during their latest UPSL match.

The gathering provided a chance for coaches from across different age groups and programs to strengthen relationships, share insights, and lock in their goals for the ID Camp and upcoming tryout season.

“These kinds of moments are what make NY Empire special,” said Director Max Ferro. “It’s not just about the X’s and O’s—it’s about building a coaching community that supports each other and models the unity we expect from our players.”

The staff's passion and preparation were on full display—and the energy heading into the ID Camp couldn’t be stronger.
