Osman Canales is a passionate and experienced coach currently serving as a ECNL coach at East Coast Surf, working primarily with boys’ teams. Osman brings a player-first approach to coaching, emphasizing technical development, game understanding, and character both on and off the field. With a strong commitment to youth development and a growing leadership role in the Long Island soccer community, Alec continues to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of players.
